About the business and the role

We are an off the plan specialist, located in Docklands, Victoria. Our core team has many years of experience in off the plan sales. Working with the sales director you will join a vibrant team and work with some of the most sought after developers and exciting developments in and round Melbourne. We sell a variety of products, including off the plan apartments, townhouses and House & land packages. Mandarin is a must. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Due to the growth of our business, we now require the services of several Full time/Part time Sales Executives to join the team. These are important roles within the company.

Reporting to the sales director directly, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking and follow up on enquiries, 

- Prospecting customers, 

- Building a client database, 

- Attending network functions and project briefings, 

- Attending roadshows and property expos, 

- Closing sales. 

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following: 

- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is a must

- Previous sales experience is preferred

- Passionate about real estate

- A can do attitude, and persistence

- Agent's representative certificate preferred

- A current driver's license
