REAL ESTATE RESIDENTIAL
LISTINGS FINDER – PART TIME
Due to promotions and career advancement at Hilton Parkes Real Estate, we now have THREE part-time positions available for the role of RESEARCHER/LISTINGS-FINDER. A Listings-Finder searches for (prospects) and locates properties for sale (listings) for our sales team. A RESEARCHER conducts surveys and helps gather information so that we can improve our client care and, of course, find more clients.
Interesting and exciting training is provided FREE before you commence. On-going training will continue during your employment. You will be expected to have a very strong desire to learn and read to do well for yourself and your colleagues. You will also need to be passionate about client care and satisfaction PLUS the fact that our home-sellers get superb service and the very best price when selling with our agency. We are proud of our commitment to being the best value estate agent.
In most cases, you can choose your hours to suit you. You can work as much or as little as you like. You can choose which days you work. It’s up to you and what fits in with your life. You’ll be paid an hourly rate of $30 plus bonuses on sales results from your efforts. We hope you average at least 10 hours/week. How good is that?!
You’ll need to be of fine character, well presented, well-spoken and exceedingly honest. We mainly use the ‘honour system’ to check your hours. You tell us when and where you worked and for how long you worked. Trust is important in our office.

Real estate “done right” is a great career, whether full or part-time, such as this important role which is essentially supporting our sales team.
