The Company
Our client is a family owned and operated Agency tucked away in the Northern Suburbs with a high performing Sales and Property Management team. The Role
In this role you will be required to have experience in managing a portfolio from end to end. You will be expected to display comprehensive knowledge of industry legislation along with a patient and common-sense approach to deliver a service to both landlord and tenant that far surpasses industry standard.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum three years as a Property Manager
- Longevity in previous positions and looking for longevity in the next role
- Patience and negotiating skills
- Comprehensive understanding of legislation
