Our two office network within Leading, long established Real Estate Group Buxton is seeking an experienced BDM for its Dingley Village and Keysborough office's.
The successful applicant will be focused on bringing new managements to the Agency.
Leads will be given to you through company call in's and from the Sales Team however you will need to have a focus on prospecting to find your own leads and opportunities.
In this role your duties and responsibilities would include;
* Actively sourcing new business
* Arranging and conducting market appraisals
* Meeting KPI'S for the growth of the Portfolio
* Working closely with the Property Managers and the Sales Team
* Data Base Management
* Compiling Prospecting Plans and Reporting
* Attending open for inspections and private inspections
To be considered for this role you will ideally;
* Live locally
* Have a proven ability to manage relationships through competent and articulate communication
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Be energetic and willing to work hard to see results
The position requires you to possess the following:
* A minimum of 2 years Property Management Experience
* Confidence in all aspects of the day to day running of a portfolio
* A desire to develop and grow the portfolio
* Agents Representative Certificate
* Reliable car and a valid drivers license
The above is a full time role Monday - Saturday with the availability of an immediate start.
