  • You will be responsible for leading the management of essential market data
  • Management of such systems as lease listings, market enquiries, tenancy schedules, market intelligence, Who’s Moving and CityScope
  • Obtain information from various sources such as RP Data, Dunn and Bradstreet, DataHug, Salesforce, online and print sources, cold calling etc.
  • Sales management tasks such as compiling information for sales presentations, reporting on business development and weekly reporting
  • Extract, tabulate and generate high quality graphs and output.
Here are some of the strengths you'll have to help us deliver 
  • Experienced in a similar role, preferably from the property industry
  • Experienced in preparing and presenting detailed written reports including detailed financial data
  • Advanced Excel
  • Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline.
