About the role

Based at one of our luxury Residential towers in Docklands, you will undertake full Building Management duties for this prestigious property comprising of over 400 apartments, ensuing a high level of service is delivered and residents are living in a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Being accessible to residents and actioning any matters or requests regarding common property
  • Liaising with essential service providers and contractors for repairs and maintenance issues
  • Management of contractors on site ensuring all OHS procedures are followed at all times
  • Implementation of all management decisions in relation to common property
  • Perform regular building maintenance checks and ensure compliance of essential services
  • Providing overall guidance and supervision of building management team
  • Assisting the OC Manager and Committee with community initiatives and resident communication
  • Ensure general cleanliness of common area

To be successful you will ideally have;

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally with a technical background
  • Professionally presented with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Superior problem solving skills with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong time management skills with a diligent, proactive approach.
