Mosaic Apartment Management has a residential rental portfolio in one of the premier buildings in Fortitude Valley. We waste no time on the road as we are based in one building. We build strong relationships with tenants and owners who we see in person every day.

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager who is particularly skilled at securing new leases.

Duties include:

• Listing and updating rental property listings on websites
• Conducting prospective tenant inspections of apartments
• End to end documentation of tenancies including bond lodgments
• Attending the reception desk, answering phones, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinating repairs and tradespeople
• Managing the renewals process from start to finish using proven processes
• Keeping rental arrears to a minimum
• Conducting property inspection reports - entry, routine & exit conditions
• Trust accounting and processing of charges.
• Daily administration

Skills & Experience required:

• Current Certificate of Registration is essential
• We are looking for someone who has particular experience in new listings....advertising, showing and converting new leases and managing tenant entry and exits.
• Excellent communication skills...both verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail
• High level of customer service, excellent telephone manner
• Enthusiastic people with a strong focus on service delivery who are friendly and well presented will succeed.
