The client

Redpath's client are a well established and high performing, boutique real estate investor, focusing on assets which require re-positioning and active asset management. Their focus to date has sat across the traditional asset classes, with their future plans and current projects including a foray into the alternatives space, with work including seniors living and multi-family. 

The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working and ambitious Analyst to work side by side with the Director and Founder across all aspects of acquisitions, funds management, due diligence, investor reporting and market research, with a value add focus at the core of all activity. As a result of notable transactions of late, you will gain exposure to exciting joint venture activity as well as investigation and entry into previously untouched markets. This role can be shaped to suit your own aspirations but would provide a great pathway into funds management. 

The candidate

You will have a background in Capital Transactions, Valuation, Real Estate Advisory or Property Fund Analytics and will have an advanced grasp of Excel, with exposure to SQL and VBA proving advantageous. You'll have a genuine passion for property and will be keen to take on a broad role as part of a business which keenly encourages collaboration and challenge. You'll have a first-rate work ethic, will be well versed in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and any exposure to Cougar and Estate Master will prove advantageous.
