Role

Reporting to the General Manager Risk and Property Services, you will be responsible for executing Vita Groups’ property strategy, managing our operating facilities and points of presence, and managing a cost-effective Travel Management process for the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the property strategy and operational plan for the business
  • Drive the legal, accounting, and administrative process for the property, facilities, and travel functions
  • Management of a significant property budget
  • Maintain all property lease documentation including the Master Property Lease Register
  • Maintain relationships with national property management groups, sales agents, developers, landlords, contractors, and centre management
  • Complete site approvals for new facilities and fit-outs
  • Accurate reporting for forecasting of property rent and outgoings
  • Chair property footprint meetings
  • Manage contractors and external service providers to maintain the cleaning and repairs of all facilities
  • Oversee the booking of all group travel and maintain the group travel policy

 

About you               

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Competent in managing resources across multiple priorities, channels, and sites
  • Excellent organisational skills paired with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Professional, effective communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced ability with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with JDE, Navision or other databases and systems
  • Ability to comprehend the financial and legal aspects of commercial agreements and documents
  • Property transaction and environmental knowledge is advantageous
