Further Responsibilities:

• Oversee the portfolio of 100 properties
• Repairs & maintenance
• Arrears control
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Full time Admin support and support from Dept. Manager

To Be Successful:

• Solid Assistant/Junior/ Property Management experience
• Agents representative certificate, driver’s license and car
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent Customer Service skills
• Exceptional presentation
