The Role

This role is a direct pathway into our sales team for an inexperienced but determined newly registered individual.

Our rent roll is expanding, so we're excited to be offering a full-time position in our Springwood based office to accommodate the growth. This is a task-based office, but your responsibilities will change from time to time, and you may be required to cover other tasks during team holidays.

We'll help you develop a well-rounded understanding of and experience in property management, databasing, lead and pipeline management and business development which will help you launch a successful career in real estate sales.

The position on offer initially is Leasing Manager, including the execution and management of leasing inspections, follow up calls, and application processing.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Ideally one year experience in a property  related role (non-essential)
• Aspiring to move into a real estate sales role
• Confident and outgoing communicator, able to quickly establish rapport
• Ability to elicit feedback from prospects and accurately recording comments for owner reporting
• Understanding of notice periods and legislative timeframes
• Ensure notices are created, checked, and sent to adhere to legal timeframes, and ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments
• Excellent workflow management to ensure smooth, prompt processing of applications 
• Adherence to a defined set of standards to ensure consistency in the delivery of our service
• Control of your email inbox and mobile phone, ensuring all enquiries are responded to, or forwarded to the appropriate person
• May be required to undertake a variety of other property management related tasks as directed.

The Candidate

We are seeking a currently registered junior property professional looking to use this role as a pathway into our successful sales team.

You must be outgoing, happy in a role involving plenty of driving, and a strong desire to learn. You will take pride in your role within the company, and have the following attributes:
