YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Support a highly specialised property team (residential and commercial)
• Enjoy a fast paced busy environment
• Handle trust/rental accounts including daily reconciliations
• AP processing and allocation
• Send monthly commercial invoices
• Assist with day to day rental activities
• Help with eom management reports
• Transfer funds to operating accounts
• Get involved with process improvements

YOU WILL HAVE:

• About 2 years or so experience in trust accounting/property services
• Excellent organisation/time management skills
• Good communication
• Ability to take on more duties and grow professionally
• Use of REST an advantage but not essential
