KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 days per week
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence holder
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge of Console software preferred
• Ability to deal courteously
• Ability to work within a team in a professional and efficient manner
• Effective time management, computer and communication skills
• Strong customer service ethic
• Immaculate, corporate presentation
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
• Manage a portfolio or assist with portfolio management
• Manage tenant applications and reference checking
• Conduct open for inspection viewings
• Routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections
• Day to day repairs and maintenance duties
• Undertake rent reviews and increases
• Competent software use of Outlook, Excel, Word and Console
• Arrears and rent increase management
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and other businesses
• Assisting in various other property management functions
