About the business and the role
The well established office in Bridgeman Downs is growing quicker than planned. This key role within the business will need to provide leadership and experience that will form a foundation for the future. The acceptance of our Asset Management and Property Management business has been extremely well received and is proving to be a viable alternative. Your broad based experience in Property Management will enable you to adapt and change to any situation and ensure best practice management.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role has the potential to transition to a leadership role either now or in the future depending on what skills you bring to the position. The key aspects of this position will require your full knowledge of the legislation, compliance and implementation of same. You will be responsible for Acquisition of managements that filter through the business from multiple sources as well as building relationships with Service Providers to the business. You will also be responsible in partnership with the Asset Manager to deliver levels of customer service for both owners and tenants that exceed current industry standards.
You will report directly to the Directors of the business ensuring you have an unimpeded communication and decision making at all times.
Skills and experience
A minimum of 3 years comprehensive Property Management experience will be necessary to undertake this growth role. You will need to exemplify professional standards and knowledge in keeping with the demands of the position. Experience and maturity, a common sense approach and a level of patience and a set of negotiation skills will ensure you make the very best of the opportunity.
