Great opportunity to work for the local government on several projects for the next 6 months.
Your new company
Your new company is a local government organisation who are looking for a maintenance/construction officer to help coordinate the minor upgrades and maintenance works that’re taking place within the council.
Your new role
- Produce scopes of work
- Organise for maintenance works to be completed
- Assist the FM in Coordinating minor works upgrades & refurbishments
- Supervise contractors on site when works are taking place
- Ensure work orders are processed correctly
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to
What you'll need to succeed
- Several years experience within facilities management
- Either a trade or construction background(site experience)
- Experience supervising & coordinating contractors
- Good organisational & communication skills
- Experience with minor upgrades
