Facilities Manager required to oversee a prestigious commercial property.

Your new role
• Responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining the Facilities are operating as required.
• Coordinating time between multiple sites, analysing Capex Works that need to be done and delivering as required.
• Managing client expectations and liaising with them to ensure all their requirements are met.
• You will manage and supervise contractors, conducting inductions and monitoring works that need to be completed.
What you'll need to succeed
• Extensive experience in building and facilities management, with the ability to successfully plan and prioritise.
• Experience in managing and overseeing the delivery of projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead and communicate with clients.
• You will come from a Trades background, leading to a strong understanding of the work required. An Electrical background would be preferred.
