  • Senior Construction Administrator role - lead a team
  • Exciting large value projects - townhouses

Working across projects ranging from 5 to 500 townhouses, this is a permanent, full time position coordinating permits, contracts and pre site/on site construction administration.

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensuring all build contracts, applications, permits and insurances have been applied for and obtained
  • Preparing and coordinating project site files prior to build start
  • Managing the client hand over packs upon project completion
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and reports
  • Document management
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Have demonstrated prior experience of working within the medium density sector
  • Extensive knowledge of build contracts, permits and insurance applications
  • Exceptional administration and communication skills 
This role will involve mentoring a Junior member of the team so ideally you will have managed personnel in a previous capacity.
