Your responsibilities will include;

• Developing New Relationships
• Managing a Portfolio of 180 Managements 
• Co-ordinating Leasing Department to do Repairs and Maintenance
• Addressing Matters that Arise with Landlords
• Arrears Management and Annual Rental Reviews
• Period Inspections and Providing Suggestion for Property Management
• Managing a Property Manager Assistant and Leasing Executive's

You will posses the following skills/ experience;

• 2-4+ years' experience
• Be highly motivated
• Portfolio Management
• Attention to detail
• NSW drivers Licence & Car
• Can-do Attitude
• REST Knowledge
• Certificate of Registration or Licence
