The Company

The Role
Reporting to the Development Director, you'll be taking on the design, master-planning, visioning and delivery of their flagship project consisting of conventional residential, retail and Medium Density integration.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Management of appointed consultants throughout the design process and appointing other consultants as required.
- Management of town planning processes including liaison with Town Planning consultants and councils for planning submissions and amendments.
- Working closely with internal and external teams to devise and manage sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintenance of project feasibilities, budgets and costs to sure delivery is within budget and time constraints.
- Appointment of contractors through tender processes including preparation of tender packages and assessment of tender proposals.
- Assessment and approval of progress claims, variations, EOTs, etc. from contractors in accordance with head construction contracts.
- Review and maintenance of project programs.
- Coaching, mentoring and management of junior staff members.
Requirements
The be suitable for this opportunity you will ideally have experience in development and delivery of land development projects and have experience in most of the above responsibilities. You'll need to be professionally presented, have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to easily build rapport with various stakeholders. You will become a core member of the communities team and well supported into the future.
