A very exciting opportunity to join this growing Owners Corporation Company has become available! Owners First Body Corporate is based in Melbourne and is driven by a desire to go above and beyond for customers.
This exciting new role is being created due to continued growth and would suit a person looking to start out in the Owner’s Corporation industry in an administration role capacity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings
- Manage all incoming calls & emails
- Arranging repairs and maintenance work orders
- Tendering service contracts and management and follow up of contractors and their quotes
- Obtain insurance quotations and lodgement of claims
- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Follow up on outstanding levies
- Processing OC Certificates
- Drafting letters and meeting minutes
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in administration is preferred
- Excellent grammar
- Microsoft office skills
- Current drivers licence
