Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced Commercial Property Manager that is eager to join a team that is passionate about growing and servicing their portfolio of commercial properties.

With a shared portfolio of Commercial properties that you will be looking after and the ability to go out and bring in new business to earn commissions. Your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, Knowledge of the commercial Property market of Sydney’s inner west, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives. 

Job description: 

• Management of a Commercial portfolio
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
• Management of maintenance
• Negotiations of lease renewals
• Arrears managements
• Business Development
• Marketing/Advertising

  For this role you will have:

• Experience in Commercial Property Management 
• Business Development experience
• Experience with RP Office and Agent Box/Rest/Cirrus
• Reliable car and drivers licence
• Agents Representative certificate or full licence
• Knowledgeable with computers, strong attention to detail
