We have been assigned a task to find our clients their next Commercial superstar Sales and Leasing agent. I have worked with this client for many years and watched lots of people rise through the ranks with amazing success!  

This is an entry level Commercial sales role and we'd love to see applications from those who have recently completed a Property or Valuation degree, and demonstrate some previous residential real estate sales experience with great results.  

The successful applicant will need to show a strong desire to work in Commercial Property sales and show that they have the qualities to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal traits.

This PA will be under the guidance of an experienced Commercial Director spending time understanding what is needed to prosper in Commercial Sales and Leasing.

Some of the key areas of your role will consist of:

• Administration procedures
• Managing databases
• Marketing & advertising
• Leases and contracts
• Learning the art of negotiation and closing deals

CRITERIA NEEDED

• A property or valuation degree (preferred)
• Agents Rep cert, clear police check, reliable motor vehicle
• An overwhelming desire to succeed in a real estate career
• Hardworking and able to plan ahead
• Able to work in a team environment
• Honest and reliable with current driver's licence
• Located in the South Eastern Subburbs
• Previous sales experience showing the ability to consistently reach and exceed targets

This is a Monday to Friday position, based in the South East.
Salary (not retainer) circa $45 package + Car Allowance + Eligible comms
