Our client, a Residential Property Developer, is looking for an Acquisitions Coordinator to join their growing business. This highly varied role will have you tasked with sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing residential acquisition opportunities as well as providing market intelligence to portfolio management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparing pricing recommendations based on market information and due diligence activities
• Undertaking financial analysis and modelling of acquisition opportunities
• Assisting in the preparation of papers for approval
• Sourcing and reporting on appropriate market information and monitor competitor activities
• Co-ordinating special projects such as corporate modelling & analysis.
• Negotiating price and terms and conditions of purchase
• Preparing tender submissions and expression of interest proposals
• Preparing due diligence and feasibility analysis reports on acquisition opportunities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with land owners, banks and developers

Your background:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential)
• Strong analytical ability
• Proven negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of Australian property market
• Ability to deal with a high degree of complexity and multiple tasks
• Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills
