The Role
We have an excellent position available for a Leasing Consultant to join their successful property management team. Your main duties will include:

• Attending open homes
• Reference checking applicants
• Processing applications
• Liaising with prospective tenants
• Marketing of available properties for lease
• Ad hoc admin duties

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will need to display the following:

• Previous experience in a Property Officer or Leasing role
• Proficient with REST
• Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
• Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills
