The position exists within our Boronia Branch for an Owners Corporation Manager.

The successful applicant will ultimately be responsible for
overseeing an extensive property portfolio. The role involves liaising,
supporting, advising and working with Body Corporate members and committees.

Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

·  Maintaining a portfolio

·  Meeting attendance  

·  Liaising with clients 

·  Maintenance related tasks

·  Building relationships with customers and staff; 

·  Maintaining and updating knowledge to ensure
   correct advice is provided to clients

The applicant must possess:

·  Motivation and willingness to learn 

·  Ideally have worked in the property area or for
   a real estate firm (not mandatory)  

·  Professional appearance 

·  Genuine interest in property management

·  Friendly and sociable 

·  Willingness to visit properties on an ad hoc
   basis 

·  Ambition to retain clients 

·  Good computer skills 

·  Great face to face communication and telephone
   manner
