Due to growth this organisation is looking for a fresh thinking and motivated Senior Project Manager to offer guidance to the current projects team and to be the support network for the two Business Directors.
This will be a hugely gratifying role for a person who seeks to make a positive difference. Being a smaller organisation, your thoughts and ideas are encouraged; which can be lacking in a larger organisation.
A pivotal role in the business and will be a crucial component in how the company will be shaped in the short to medium term plan.

Selection criteria will include:
- Abilities to work autonomously on projects with little support.
- Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy/Services organisation.
- Show emotional intelligence, leadership and professionalism dealing with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, written and communications skills.
- Expertise in managing multiple project projects across the different industry sectors. New builds and refit
