100% Real Estate is opening in Epping and is looking for an experienced BDM/Property Manager to join our team!!!
The key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):
* Business Development Management
* End-to-end portfolio management (administration assistance provided)
* Generating new leasing opportunities
* Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships
* Continuous liaising with Landlords and Tenants
* Lease renewals
* Routine Inspections
* Open for inspections
* Ingoing/Outgoing Condition reports
* Repairs and Maintenance issues
* Management of arrears
* Attending VCAT hearings
* Other duties as required
Skills and Experience:
* 1-2 years (minimum) experience a must
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding customer service skills with a mature and positive "can do attitude"
* Excellent computer skills and use of rental software database (RP Office, Property Me etc.)
* Highly motivated and the ability to work within a team and autonomously
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Remuneration will be based on experience + allowances. You will also be eligible for new business commissions.
