About the role:
Managing a diverse mixed use portfolio, you will use your demonstrated stakeholder management skills to ensure the effective running of the properties.
Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Management of all aspects of the properties including maintenance and asset optimization
- Management of the end to end Lease lifecycle from initial leasing, negotiation and review
- Liaison point for tenants, landlords and contractors
- Build and establish strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the assistant Property Manager to deliver results
About you:
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking for a stable and long term foot in the door within the commercial field.
You will demonstrate a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and have a strong service focus.
Furthermore, you will have:
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Previous experience within Property Management and a strong understanding of relevant legislation
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
- The ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment
- The ability to work to deadlines in a proactive and methodical way
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word
- Driver’s License essential
