The Property Manager will be responsible for management and implementation of customer centric property services to increase operational and financial performance of the portfolio, in addition to provide accountability to managing and building tenant retention and reputation to our customer focused business. This role will provide support to the Portfolio Manager, and will also work closely with the Fund Manager, Tenant Relationship Manager, Development and Project teams, as well as tenants.
Responsibilities include:
Optimising operational performance of the asset portfolio.
- Implementation of leasing/tenant retention strategies in guidance to Annual Budget Plan
- Ensuring lease compliance relevant obligations and covenants.
- Assisting GM with managing Capex projects, as well as approval in accordance with delegated authorities.
- Assist and manage the Assistant Property Manager.
- Compliance with Investa WHS&E and sustainability practices, as well as relative legislative and risk requirements.
- Preparation and management of annual budget plans.
- Managing agents and leasing fees and forecasts across all portfolio assets.
- Building and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Developing and executing efficient tenant communication plans.
- Promote and support a customer centric business model.
Candidates will ideally be tertiary qualified in Property and/or related discipline. You will have proven experience in commercial property management. You will be customer centric and have strong communication skills. Furthermore, you will have strong knowledge of lending lease negotiations and lease documentation, as well as budget preparation and management.
