This role is working for a renowned and award winning multi- office network in Melbournes Northern Suburbs, whose vast network and strength as local market leaders have made them the company of choice in residential and commercial sales and leasing. This company is known for the largest sales team in the area and Number 3 Auction Office Australia-wide.
We are seeking a diverse and experienced Department head to oversee, lead and motivate this team.
Reporting to the directors, you will be responsible for:
- Manage, train and mentor the Property Management Team
- Conducting performance meetings ensuring KPI's are achieved
- Involvement in improving systems, processes to ensure the business is efficient
- Setting KPI's and 1on1 meetings with the team
- Ensure company policy and procedure are followed within the team
- Knowledge of the whole legislation
- Recruitment, interviewing, on-boarding any new team members as required
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Highly organised - time management - ability to prioritize
- Exceptional people skills - customer 6 star service focus
- Must be driven, forward thinking and able to lead a team
- Certificate of Registration
- Current Driver's License
- Extensive Property Management Experience
