We are a very successful and rapidly growing dynamic Hills based Real Estate Agency. We pride ourselves on the providing the best service to our clients in all areas of Property Management. 

We create long lasting relationships with owners and tenants which results in a clean portfolio of properties that is well respected in our field. 

We are a fast paced, hardworking department but we also take the time to enjoy our jobs, we are surrounded by a great Ray White admin and sales team.    

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Managing your own portfolio of approx 95 properties 

Property Condition Reports 

Routine Inspections

Property Maintenance

Lease Management - sign ups, renewals

Final bond inspections

Bond lodgements and disposals

Management Authorities - keeping up to date

Liaise with owners, tenants and third parties 

All general daily tasks 

Be able to follow systems that are in place

To be considered it is essential you possess:

Ability to start work with us now / very near future   

Current Driver's license

Property Management Registration 

Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role

Current police clearance

Excellent general computing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

REST software experience

Professional presentation

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Maturity, reliability, ability to work autonomously

A high attention to detail

Common-sense is a necessity
