NEW HOMES SALES CONSULTANT
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, highly motivated and top performing Sales Consultant specializing in New Homes sales. We are a dynamic Melbourne company currently in a significant growth phase and can offer the right person a prosperous career in an exciting industry.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be available to work 5 days a week (including every Saturday and Sunday).
The ideal candidate will:
- be experienced in residential new home sales
- have the ability to form relationships
- have a proven track record with superb negotiation skills
- be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our product
- be well presented, punctual and professional
- hold a current driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
Remuneration
In return, you will be offered a base salary plus superannuation and a generous bonus structure in line with your performance.
You will be assessed on client acquisition, retention and satisfaction and you will be a part of a dynamic team.
