We are a well established boutique agency based in East Melbourne with a team of 15 dedicated professionals.
The company is highly regarded in the areas of commercial sales, commercial property management, leasing and valuations.
We provide focused and integrated services to our established and respected clients across Melbourne, with a focus on commercial, retail and industrial property within 10 kms of and including the CBD.
You will join a vibrant team with a strong company culture providing focused and personalised service to our established client base.
We are seeking an experienced commercial property manager whose role will include:
- Management of a well run portfolio of 120 properties
- Lease administration/negotiation
- Lease renewals and negotiation
- Rental Reviews
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Manage all maintenance of properties within the portfolio
- Leasing of properties within the portfolio (with additional commission)
- Arrears support is provided
- Administration and accounts support is provided
You will possess skills including:
- A minimum of four years experience
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Driver's License
- Understanding of the Retail Leases Act
- Experience on Macpro Management Program
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent clear English – written and spoken communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivation and an ability to work autonomously
- Positive "can do" attitude and cooperative manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Perseverance, proactive and an ability to complete tasks to deadlines
