About the role:
Working with an experienced team with fantastic support, you will be required to manage an already established small portfolio.

About you:
Hard working with an ethical ability to drive and lead from the front with the companies best intentions at hand. You will also require the following:

• Minimum 1-2 years industry experience is desirable
• Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• Confidence in chairing Owners Corporation meetings
• Experience with managing building defects
