We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager in our Hobart Office to manage and grow an existing portfolio. You can enjoy working in a close knit team and for an employer who genuinely cares for its people.
The successful candidate will have:-
- a Property Representative licence
- previous experience in residential property management
- knowledge of relevant property related legislation
- customer centric focus
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- organisational and time management skills
- experience in the use of Microsoft packages
- a current drivers licence
- knowledge of REST and Filesmart would be an advantage
