Your new company
Our client is a national leader in the provision of HVAC and mechanical services. Based at one of their prime sites in the south eastern suburbs this position is immediately available for the right candidate.
Your new role
This is an immediate ongoing temporary opportunity commencing immediately and you must come from a trade scheduling background. Working within an office environment this position will see you act as the first point of contact for HVAC enquiries. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide a central point of contact for customers with regards to all field service matters and coordinate the efficient dispatching of plumbers. It is also expected that you will ensure that all communications with customers and technicians are conducted in a timely and courteous manner. This position will also involve processing payments, managing workloads and coordination of maintenance.
You will be responsible for receiving and processing requests on this busy site and organising the appropriate contractors to respond to individual issues. Key to this role will be your ability to think on your feet and prioritise. You must also possess a high level of attention to detail and have outstanding communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will need to have solid administrative and customer service skills, the ability to work autonomously, be reliable and show a pro-active approach to work. Also experience working in a busy environment and a scheduling background will be sought after.
