We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to work within a leading commercial real estate company located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage profitable client portfolios
•  Prepare monthly reports including but not limited to financial budget reports, client reports,  turnover and traffic count reports
•  Undertake frequent inspections of property assets to ensure high standards of appearance at all times
• Ensure the collection of fees are in accordance with Managing Agency Agreements and in line with International Policies
• Liaise with tenants regarding leasing agreements, policies and procedures relating to occupancy and compliance
• General administration support to the General Manager as required

 
About You

• Must have retail and commercial property experience
• Extensive knowledge of Retail Leases Act
• Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail
• Proven organisational and time management skills and previous experience adhering to strict deadlines
• Immaculate personal presentation
