Working with a well maintained portfolio of 130 properties, you will be responsible for providing six star service to your clients, repairs & maintenance, arrears control, periodic inspections, reporting to a senior property manager this role will allow you to grow and develop within a great agency that provides structure and promotion. 
 
We are looking for someone who is a team player and can build rapport with clients quickly and easily. You will have a strong knowledge of the Act and be competent in using REST. 

They will look at a Leasing Consultant stepping up - only two years real estate experience.
