We are on the lookout for a new Assistant Strata Manager to join our office in the business hub of the Central Coast: Gosford. The role will see you supporting to 2 Strata Managers in a team that describes themselves as vibrant and hard working. Assistant Strata Managers are the backbone of strata management and the purpose of this role is to ensure that all strata activities are prepared, coordinated and followed up according to the service level agreements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist 2 Strata Managers by scheduling in meetings and preparing notices and agendas
• Answer queries from clients over the phone/email in an open and friendly manner.
• Work with the Strata Managers to arrange insurances and process claims
• Engage contractors and obtain and circulate quotes as required
• Arrange access to the building for quotes and repairs
