KEY DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

Deliverables

BUILDING CLIENT BASE

  • Working with your GM to prepare, develop & execute a growth strategy + business plan each year.
  • Building trust within the sales team
  • Having in-depth knowledge of each sales agent of their stock and activity levels.
  • Present and give updates at each sales meeting.
  • Weekly / Fortnightly catch ups with each sales agent and sales manager
  • Following industry trends locally.
  • Adhering to a strict marketing plan to ensure condition exposure across print and digital.
  • Updating your social platform promoting any good news stories.
  • Researching business opportunities and new income streams
  • Consistent client communication around market condition and pricing, to reduce days on market
  • Prospect for new property management listings each week
  • Monitoring and targeting high days on market properties with sales and PM division
  • Perform rental property appraisals for all current listings
  • Establish and maintain client database of prospective clients and key property management contacts
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained – Weekly Activity Report to be updated by each Friday COB.
  • Prepare photos, signboard and advertisements for available rental properties.
  • Together with the Leasing Consultant to conduct open homes.
  • All new managements to be entered into Property Management System – Landlord, Property & Tenant/s.
  • Oversee the establishment of the files for all new management listings obtained and personally verify their accuracy before being passed to a Property Manager for further processing.
  • Obtain and provide all necessary property and client information for each new listing and provide it to the relevant Property Manager
  • Attend all Department meetings
  • Attend all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager
  • Follow all documented procedures required of this role. Fully participate in the creation of new procedures.
