Full time Rent Roll Manager
Byrnes Development Group is a family owned property development business located on Brisbane’s northside and is looking for a full time Rent Roll Manager.
It is essential that you have previous real estate experience (including with Property Tree software) and you can hit the ground running.
Some of the key components of this position include:
- Maintaining and updating a database of tenants
- Liaising with tenants about arrears and general tenancy matters
- Liaising with the business directors about tenant matters
- Monthly KPI reporting
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Previous rent roll management experience
- Excellent customer service focus with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Professional presentation
Knowledge of relevant real estate legislation
