This major development group is known for delivering urban regeneration, precinct-scale residential, mixed-use, and community developments on a significant scale.

They have a 10-year development pipeline of projects and now have an opportunity for a Development Manager or Associate Development Manager in their major projects division.  

We are ideally interested in speaking to those with some major scale residential, mixed-use or land sub-division, housing & residential development experience; Those with exposure to apartments and mixed-use or community infrastructure and open spaces developments are also encouraged to apply as they form part of the development portfolio.

The role offers exposure to some groundbreaking projects that will significantly reshape parts of Sydney and it's wider suburbs; some of the largest and most innovative developments of their kind.
