The Client:
This organisation is a highly regarded operator in the non-for-profit affordable housing sector with a reputation for delivering quality projects in iconic locations in the Sydney CBD area. Due to the addition of new projects, they are now seeking a Development Manager to join the team and manage their own projects.

The Role:
The Development Manager will be assisting the Senior Development Manager and Head of Development across numerous medium density apartment projects. You will be working on the projects from DA stage through to delivery. As this is a small team it will be an autonomous role and you will be given large amounts of responsibility and the ability to manage projects on your own. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the affordable housing market and work along side industry experts in a high performing and supportive team.

Requirements:

• Driven and passionate about property
• 4+ years experience in development
• Would consider a strong ADM OR PM stepping up to a DM role
• Must have worked across residential development projects
• Degree qualified in property or similar
• Strong Communication skills
