The Client:
Our client is a boutique development group who are well established and have an outstanding reputation. They specialise in end to end development of bulky goods, quick service retail, neighbourhood shopping centres, and masterplanned communities across the Central Coast region. 

The Role:
Due to growth and an increase in projects they are now looking for a Senior Development Manager to join the team. There is minimal movement in the business, therefor this is a rare opportunity and not one to miss. You will be working directly with the CEO and will be responsible for working on end to end development, including acquisitions. You will possess strong development skills and have a can do attitude and take ownership of the projects. You will be reporting directly to the head of development who is highly respected within the industry.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have development experience working across industrial, retail, and residential assets. You will be tertiary qualified in Property or similar, with 7+ years experience in development.
