This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a market leader in Property Development. Our client has a substantial portfolio of projects throughout Australia and is looking for a Development Manager to be a key player in the Development team of a major project with multiple stages.

Managing the timeline of the development from feasibility, and planning through to delivery, you will be an accomplished Development Manager with the following:

• 3-5 years experience in Development Management
• Proven experience in managing Assistant Development Managers
• Experience in Residential built form Development Management essential, either Medium Density or Apartments 
• Experience on a major multi-staged Residential project highly regarded
• A Degree in Property or Construction is essential
• Strong passion for Property and active in networking within the industry and attending UDIA or Property Council events
• Knowledge of Estate Master preferred
• Strong financial reporting and business acumen
