ABOUT THE CLIENT
 
This highly successful, prominent and well known Agency in Perth’s south offer their clients a variety of services including Sales (Commercial & Residential), Project Consulting, Valuations and Property Management and are now looking for an Outstanding TEMP Commercial Property Manager to join their busy team.

This assignment would suit a savvy individual who has a keen eye for detail and doesn't mind repetitive work. It is essential you understand commercial property management and are able to extract the correct information. Hours would be 10:00am until 4:00pm.

 ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

• Checking lease documentation
• Checking tenancy schedules
• Cross checking data in REST 
• Ensuring no information is missing from files

To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following;

• Minimum 12 months experience in Commercial Property Management in WA
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism
• Thorough knowledge of the Act
• Professional presentation & motivated attitude
• Strong references
