Your Role

We are seeking dynamic individuals willing to invest time and effort in the Kay & Burton brand of professionalism, service and discretion and in building and maintaining strong relationships. We are looking for passionate and driven realtors to join our residential sales team.

Your primary purpose is to generate revenue for the business through listing, managing and selling residential properties. You will interact effectively with buyers to drive inspection of available properties and encourage offers and bids through private sales, at auction or expressions of interest to complete a sale. The position requires you to perform key income generating tasks including the listing, negotiating and selling of residential property.


Your Skills

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:

o Experience within a sales role within the real estate industry. Willing to work Saturdays

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills

o An agent's rep or licence

o A strong customer focus and a desire to sell!

o Solid organisational skills, a detail orientation, and ability to prioritise
