Based in our Parramatta office, as the Negotiator, Industrial & Logistics, you will combine an in-depth knowledge of the local market, together with a proven track record of successfully completed transactions coupled with a strong client network to provide revenue generation to build and grow a sustainable and profitable Industrial business in Sydney, and driving continuous improvement to deliver best practice.
 
About the Role


In this varied, yet challenging role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
 

  • Prospecting, list, negotiate upon and finalise transactions within the Western Sydney Industrial market; to provide increased profit and market share.
  • Write fees in excess of agreed targets.
  • Plan, generate and direct personal activities to achieve short, medium and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market share.
  • Undertake agreed prospecting, which results in an agreed number of face to face meetings, which results in an increase in controlled listings.
  • Prepare and manage personal budget in consultation with the Director – Western Sydney Industrial.
 
About You
 
To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess a Property related degree or Real Estate License, coupled with at least one year of property experience. You will also possess the following:
