About the company:

ACRWORLD are working exclusively with one of Sydney's most progressive Australian owned Facilities Management company with an expansive portfolio across high end residential and commercial properties in Sydney.

Due to company growth an exciting full time ongoing opportunity is available for an experienced Building Manager to manage a large residential site in Sydney's Inner West on a full time basis.

This is a more complex site (150+ units) with a major upcoming project/ upgrade so this would suit someone with more of a technical background looking for a busy role with new challenges. 

About the role:
  • Experienced in managing projects and upgrades particularly within Fire Safety and compliance,
  • Management of a full time concierge team
  • Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets
  • Management of all contractors, cleaning team including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Enforce strata by-laws and ensure they are adhered to be all occupants.
  • Obtain competitive quotations where contracts are due for renewal.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reporting.
  • Offer regular recommendations to the Strata Committee and attend AGM/Executive Committee meetings
About you:
  • 3-5 years experience in Residential Facilities Management
  • Previous experience managing projects and building upgrades
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team
  • In depth knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
  • Professional presentation with excellent customer service written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A positive attitude with flexibility to perform varied duties- some after hours work may be required
