About the role
The Trust Accountant role is responsible for developing and delivering a number of key projects, compliance matters and reporting. Working as part of a specialist team within the wider business, you will draw on previous experience in a similar role to effectively manage the trust accounting functions.
Overview of Role:
- Manage the Trust accounting function from end to end
- Preparation of sales trust files and documentation for auditing
- Cooridnation of the sales trust audit process
- Providing temporary relief book keeping support to other team members if required
- Client and stakeholder liason as required
- Ad hoc administration and other tasks as required

Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in Trust Accounting within the Property Sector
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills
- Attention to details and ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- Able to liase with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- A positive, proactive and team orientated attitude and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Excel, RP Office, Accounting Softwares including MYOB, Xero Quickbooks or similar, Box+Dice, highly regarded
- Must have Agent's Rep Certificate
